Positive: The location was walking distance to the beach, a few restaurants and a grocery store. The young lady at the front desk was extremely helpful and friendly.

Negative: The room was outdated. The furniture was worn and there was no place to hang anything in the 2nd bedroom. The outdoor furniture was in very bad condition.

Summary: The condo is well located and the staff helpful.

Positive: Clean and comfortable apartment with most things that are required. Lovely pool, close to Eagle Beach and major supermarket. Bus trip around the island is cheap and easy. Staff were very accommodating allowing us to hang by the pool after we checked out. Some of the residents are owners and very friendly.

Negative: Nothing of note

Positive: The staff was SO friendly and amazing, the room and facilities were clean, location is great- right across from eagle beach and in the opposite direction is a superfood. They also provide beach chairs, a cooler and beach towels. IMO renting a car is a must if not staying at an all inclusive. Parking is free and accessible, close to your room door. Couldn’t have picked a better place to stay for our first trip to Aruba!

Negative: I wish the door to our condo had a deadbolt. It’s odd that it didn’t in my opinion.

Positive: Amazing location very close To wonderful beaches. A little touristy and restaurants are overpriced and just ok. Grocery store is a 5 minute walk and is amazing! Staff at the condo are wonderful. Had most of what we needed in the space. Condo and grounds were exceptionally clean…and we are picky.

Negative: A little tired. Could use a fresh coat of paint and some new beach chairs. Not all condos have the same amenities. We were in unit 5 and overall very happy.

Summary: Great place if you want to be in the touristy area.
